Mocafe Sofetto From Innovative Beverage Concepts, Inc

Innovative Beverage Concept, Inc, has launched a new shelf stable, probiotic, tart smoothie powder, powered by a new patented ingredient - GanedenBC30 (Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086) - called Sofetto.

Mocafe Sofetto Tart Smoothie, which is made with real yogurt powder, is technically not called a yogurt because the legal definition of yogurt differs from that of a powder, but Sofetto tastes as good, is healthy, packed with active probiotics, fat free and there is no need for a large, expensive soft serve machine. Just a blender, ice and milk are all that is needed.

Weaver’s Coffee & Tea Introduces Legacy Blend

Wild Card Roasters, an artisan coffee roaster, is commemorating John Weaver’s 30th anniversary in the coffee industry by introducing Legacy Blend under their Weaver’s Coffee & Tea brand.

Thirty years ago, a young apprentice chose a path that would lead him to discover his life’s work. John Weaver, master roaster and president of Coffee & Tea, Wild Card Roasters, has dedicated the last three decades to refining his artisan skills. Combining the wealth of knowledge entrusted to him by his legendary mentors, and his own unique style, John hand-roasts and crafts a rich, full-bodied blend on his vintage coffee roasters.

“Legacy Blend is the glimpse into John’s amazing thirty-year journey,” said Michael Brown, CEO of Wild Card Roasters. “Appropriately named, it stands as a proud tribute to his teachers, Alfred Peet and Sal Bonavita, as well as John’s own continued, artisan legacy.”
